In this week's episode I talk to the AWESOME Han-Son Lee, CEO of Daddilife - the leading online platform for modern day dads. We talked about giving a voice to dads, how he's built a community of over 150,000 dads, his research with Deloitte on the Millennial Dad and how things are changing. Very interestingly we discussed how some of the 'working parent crisis' is due to poor communication, and how companies can make safe-spaces for mums and dads to 'bring their whole self to work.' I also quizzed Han-Son on what we can be doing to teach our children about gender stereotypes and what we all hope the future will look like.
