Donegal man Eric Roberts earlier this year quit his job as a special needs assistant (SNA) to take the plunge into the online world full-time. Fast forward just a few months and he was listed as one of the top content creators on Tiktok for 2023.
This year Eric starred in the new Netflix Tv Show, Squid Game - The Challenge and he was one of 456 players to enter the show in pursuit of a life-changing reward of US$4.56 million (€4.2m). The show sees players competing in a series of games inspired by the South Korean smash hit that saw cash-strapped players accept a strange invitation to compete with deadly results.
Eric shares an honest account of life as a content creator and coming back to reality after missing out on winning a life changing amount of money by just 2 days.
