Are you doing what you need to do to get out of your own way?</li><li>What are you doing to manage your stress and&nbsp;set yourself up for a good night's sleep?</li><li>Water, are you paying attention to your needs and supporting your body in detox</li><li>Would you like to get this done? Getting serious about this process!</li><li>Are you really making your meals nutrient-rich? Are you forcing yourself to eat salads when your body really wants something hearty?&nbsp;</li><li>Are you falling back into what's easy? Are you really making an effort, or are you on autopilot every day?</li><li>Are you afraid of fat? Embrace the concept that fat doesn't make you fat</li><li>Are you still snacking at night? ARE YOU STILL SNACKING AT NIGHT?</li><li>Are you moving your body? All the reasons exercise can support your body in this process</li><li>How are you using your exercise? You GET to move your body; it should not be a punishment</li><li>Are you supporting your body in detox</li><li>Medications and health issues: are you using them as an excuse?</li><li>Investing in your health, working along with your health care provider, maybe there are other things you can do along with The Program</li><li>Are you missing your gallbladder? There are things you can do so you don't miss out on nutrients in your food</li><li>Have you mapped your health history and weight loss history</li><li>The Program is so important to support your hormone health</li><li>Blood work; talk to your doctors about your needs!</li><li>You need to immerse yourself in the information</li><li>Do not go one day without knowing what you need to do!</li><li>Are YOU noticing your non-scale victories</li><li>Are you getting a variety of protein? Are you vegan or vegetarian?</li><li>How is your digestive system? Do you know your trigger foods? Are you keeping a journal?</li><li>Are you adding in those leafy greens?</li><li>Are you pooping every day?
