Instead of slowly kicking my way through the water and getting fatigued, I was able to glide effortlessly over the lakebed, focusing entirely on my search. The scooter allowed me to cover a much larger area than I ever could on my own, which was key in a place like Payette Lake where the water can get murky, and the terrain can stretch on for what feels like forever.</p>","author_name":"Rob Anderson"}
