The film was later re-distributed by The Film Detective and PHE in 2018 on various platforms.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Frazier&nbsp;Prince&nbsp;is&nbsp;a retired 20-year Veteran Police Detective with the NYPD, turned filmmaker.
