Her passion is to create real impact with new technologies useful to companies and people. Nicole is co-founder and CEO of <a href=\"https://merantix-momentum.com/en/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">MerantixMomentum</a>, a leading AI solutions firm and member of the management</p><p>board of <a href=\"https://www.merantix.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Merantix, an AI venture studio</a> based in Berlin. Nicole is Digital Leader at the World Economic Forum and was nominated as a Young Leader by the</p><p>Aspen Institute. She was selected twice as 40 under 40 by <a href=\"https://www.capital.de/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Capital Magazine</a> and Rising Talent by the Women’s Forum.</p><p><br></p><p>Previously, she worked as a hedge fund portfolio manager at OFI AM in Paris and led the global business development for Autionomics, Nobel Prize winner Paul Milgrom’s tech and consulting firm. She serves on the Board of Alumni of the University of St.Gallen and on the board of the <a href=\"https://startupverband.de/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">German Startup Association</a>.</p><p>She regularly lectures at the <a href=\"https://www.unisg.ch/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">University of St. Gallen</a> and other academic institutions.
