Quarter one is slower than molasses for most of us, and when January shows up with an empty calendar and no plan, we start slashing prices to get somebody, anybody, on the books. Thinking ahead is a skill you can train, not a personality trait you were born with, so in this episode I am spilling the tea on the seven steps I am working through for my own branding photography sale.
