Ian treks to Jed Johnson Lake. He's picked up an honor guard. Learning more about the Once Human Tribe called Forester, he finds startling differences and yet human enough to breed with Freeholders. Surprised at the level of Once Human Technology he makes his first recommendation to Don Willson concerning colonization.
