He’s now an ultrarunner, running coach, and owner of two running stores in London ( @runlimited.ldn ).</p><p><br></p><p>This conversation is about living honestly with Type 1 Diabetes, reducing the mental burden, and what becomes possible when the condition stops being something you hide.</p><p><br></p><p>As always, be sure to rate, comment, subscribe and share.
