Not to oversell, but in this episode we've stumbled across one of life's big questions:
If you move house and everything is still in some degree of chaos, and a very sweet man from Virgin Media comes to install wifi but then leaves his enormous bulky jacket behind, and the addition of this one big jacket tips you over the edge mentally, how long do you have to keep the jacket before giving it to a charity shop?
Obviously Virgin Media has been contacted multiple times to say, \"Hey! We've got this guy's jacket!\"
