Aly is the author of Grief Ally - a book that guides people in helping their loved ones cope with death, loss, and grief.&nbsp; She also is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and the Bereavement Ontario Network.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Throughout this episode, Aly shares her experience with grief and what inspired her to write a book. She also shares her thoughts on why people are hesitant to approach people who are going through grief.
