Greenberg, founder of the grief support group Connections of Hope. Her husband, Glenn, passed on after a brain hemorrhage in the spring of 2013. As an organ donor, he helped 127 people on the waiting list for different types of organs. This inspired her to start a life-saving campaign encouraging more people to register as organ donors.</p><p><br></p><p>Throughout this episode, Rachel shares her experience with grief and how starting a Twitter support group helped. She also shares what she learnt from attending the meetings of organ donors' families.
