She turned to art to find meaning, and then wrote a book called <em>After Your Person Dies: Affirmations for Grief, Making Meaning, and Going On</em>&nbsp;for other people traveling&nbsp;with grief. She now leads&nbsp;expressive arts journeys for creative and strong widows learning to navigate grief with grace.</p><p><br></p><p>Throughout this episode,&nbsp; Linda and I talk about how art has helped us throughout our journeys with grief.
