When you have experienced sexual abuse in childhood, it has impregnated all aspects of the mind. That is my experience. And, it comes back anytime you choose to get out of your comfort zone and expand your wings in life; the paradigm of fear will show up. And this is when it is important to dare to communicate my needs. So, after years of celibacy, I decided to get out of my comfort zone and be on a dating app….
