I only ask because last night I was heading to the Dollar General on Haines to get some munchies. And I noticed a police cruiser on Haines Ave very intent on pulling me over and I say that because this cruiser changed two stop lights misusing the emergency override. And they changed instantly upon approaching each intersection. I graduated with honors from Mitchell Tech in electrical construction and one thing you learn is traffic control and programming lighting. And it was&nbsp;obvious the emergency control was used to change the lights. Don't you think this a bit overstepping.
