Co-ops. Errand stack. Ask before buying.&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Automatic savings and bill pay</strong> for essentials: rent/insurance/utilities/internet/etc.</li><li><strong>Cancel unnecessary bills </strong>and pay those manually. If you subscribe - set audible alerts with reminders to cancel before the next pay period.&nbsp;</li><li> <strong>Establish free/cost effective healthy outlets and hobbies</strong> - physical/creative/communal- ideally one that incorporates all three.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Be realistic with yourself. Never be ashamed of where you are.
