Plus, it sets a tone of ‘accomplishment’ that leads into the rest of your day.&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>It instantly feels better! Makes us less tempted to climb back in + future-you gets to benefit from a few moments of getting your shit together.&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>It’s unnecessary!</strong>&nbsp;I think that’s why it’s so powerful of a motivator for me, because it’s not essential, which feels like a luxury item.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>Truly though, if making your bed aint your thing? Don’t stress over it. I don’t make my bed every day and I wrote a whole podcast about it. I genuinely don’t judge ANYONE for any style of surviving.
