A quick first task of the day, done in under 2 minutes? Sign me up. Plus, it sets a tone of ‘accomplishment’ that leads into the rest of your day.&nbsp;</li><li>It instantly feels better! Makes us less tempted to climb back in + future-you gets to benefit from a few moments of getting your shit together.&nbsp;</li><li>It’s unnecessary!&nbsp; I think that’s why it’s so powerful of a motivator for me, because it’s not essential, which feels like a luxury item.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>Truly though, if making your bed ain't your thing? Don’t stress over it. I don’t make my bed every day and I wrote a whole podcast about it. I genuinely don’t judge ANYONE for any style of surviving.
