We cut back over to Selene and T'Chuck as they attempt to collect intel on their two assigned Spikes. The Red Light District and the Bazaar, two places where money changes hands and lives are changed... but if these Spikes get activated the only money changing will be suppression and the lives changed are... dead? Lives? Changing from being alive to dead.
