Kimberly holds a BS in Exercise Physiology, an MS in Nonprofit Management, and is currently working on a Ph.D. in Lifestyle Medicine.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>In this episode, we have an inspiring conversation about the fast-paced life we are used to and her deep desire and mission of living an uncomplicated life.
