(0:25) They reflect on last week’s episode with Scroobius Pip (1:10) before introducing their guest this week, Jamie Coletta who talks about the first time she started her own business. (2:30) The interview starts off with an introduction to when Jamie got into the music business and a trip down emo-music memory lane. (3:10) Jamie then explains how she ended up striking out on her own (11:22) and then her and Adam wax poetic about office supplies and furniture. (16:25) Adam then questions whether Jamie ever wanted to hire other people and work collaboratively, or if she wanted to be a one-person show. (22:36) Jordan asks a very convoluted question about how Jamie’s perspective might have changed on remote work from being a parent. (27:30) As a parent himself, Adam asks Jamie how she switches off from work<strong> </strong>(31:00) Jordan gets super stoked on the bands Jamie works with and they recommend music to Adam. (36:10) Adam recommends that people starting a new business consider doing it with a group, and Jamie counters that if that doesn’t feel right to consider having some people you can still ask for help. (42:45) Finally, Adam asks Jamie if there’s anything she would do differently if she could go back and do her first time again. (47:35) Adam and Jordan wrap things up with thanks to Jamie (48:45) and check in with their weekly challenges (51:40)</p><p><br></p><p>Be sure to follow and subscribe wherever you get your podcasts so you can be the FIRST to know when new episodes are released!</p><p><br></p><p>To get in touch you can <a href=\"https://twitter.com/ftfepod\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">follow us on twitter</a> or email us at ftfepod@gmail.com</p><p><br></p><p>For more on Jamie Coletta:</p><p><a href=\"https://twitter.com/jamiecoletta\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter</a></p><p><a href=\"https://twitter.com/noearbuds\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">No Earbuds Twitter</a></p><p><a href=\"http://www.noearbuds.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">No Earbuds Website</a></p><p><a href=\"https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0FUNuoMGVqVcJCpkFn2LUN?si=c10bfd9c4ec2440e\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">No Earbuds Playlist</a></p><p><br></p><p>For more on Adam:</p><p><a href=\"http://podbiblemag.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Pod Bible Magazine</a></p><p><a href=\"https://play.acast.com/s/hardestpartofthering\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Hardest Part of the Ring Podcast</a></p><p><a href=\"http://twitter.com/mynameisad\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter</a></p><p><br></p><p>For more on Jordan:</p><p><a href=\"https://donttalktomeaboutwork.buzzsprout.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Don’t Talk To Me About Work Podcast</a></p><p><a href=\"http://jordanrizzieri.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Website</a></p><p><a href=\"http://twitter.com/jordanrizzieri\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter</a></p><p><a href=\"http://instagram.com/jordanrizzieri\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram</a></p><p><br></p><p>Podcast artwork by&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.katiefrigginburk.com/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Katie Burk</a></p><p>Music by&nbsp;<a href=\"https://soundcloud.com/funklealbert\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Funkle Albert</a></p>","author_name":"Adam Richardson & Jordan Rizzieri"}
