In the final episode of No Offseason, we have a postgame discussion to talk about what stood out from the day of games. Shay mentioned one of her biggest pain points is understanding the difference between disrespect and just discussion, so how to accurately process her conversations with coaches from a game management POV. We also stress the importance of providing a brief, yet loaded rule-based explanation but keeping it simple and informative.
