Amy and Sokie Bates inherit an old house from Amy's grandparents and have just moved in. Before they can even finish unpacking, strange things crop up one after another, including a new habit that Amy's picked up: whistling.
Nyctophobia is an anthology blending Eastern and Western folk horror into a unique storytelling experience. Although the stories in this anthology are varied, the dominant theme of Nyctophobia highlights the East and Southeast Asian superstition surrounding the number 4, the number associated with death.
