Esta wears many hats day to day as an Events Manager, Youth Mentor and Public Speaker on Neurodiversity, specifically Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. In this episode we were able to dive deep into her schedule and the doors that speaking openly about her dyslexia have been able to open. Since she was diagnosed during her time at University, Esta struggled academically for her younger years but has gone on to show that her creativity and drive propels her talent in the Music Industry. Esta also has a BA Honours Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Music Business Management.
Esta is a Senior Events Manager at AIM (The Association of Independent Music) and has curated some incredible events such as the AIM Independent Music Awards 2022 where the Libertines headlined, Stormzy and Lethal B both won awards and there were special guests such as JME and Giggs. She also runs her own company No Limit Management and has worked with brands such as GRM Daily, Spotify and Meta.
