I'm excited to share the recording from our hangout last week, in which I led a conversation with Jon Eades and Chris Howard, co-founders of the artist incubator and collective turned \"venture label\" The Rattle. We walked through their philosophies on artist entrepreneurship and career-building, as well as the structures of their investment deals.
