In this episode, it felt only right to talk about how my behaviour has been shaped by the abuse I suffered when I was younger and how it lead to years of negative patterns. I also talk about doing voluntary Social Media for a non-profit organisation that is running a campaign calling for the Government to fund emergency accommodation for those experiencing domestic abuse during lockdown and how it tapped into a side of me that wants to help others.
