What we're drinking:


Perfect Manhattan

60ml bourbon

15ml sweet vermouth

15ml dry vermouth

Cherry/lemon or orange twist to garnish


Method:

Stir all ingredients over ice. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cocktail cherryk.
