As temperatures rose this week, it can become very difficult to work, especially for those in poorly ventilated offices, warehouses, kitchens, and construction sites.


So how are workers supposed to cope in this extreme heat, and what measures need to be put into place as Climate Change continues to impact our day-to-day lives?


This week, Labour have called for legally defined maximum workplace temperature limits, and Moira Grassick, of Peninsula Ireland, joined the show to tell us more.
