Arenigades of Poetry is a poetry podcast presented by the poet David Van-Cauter, featuring fellow poets Gareth Writer-Davies and Simon Cockle. All three are published by the Welsh press Arenig, based in Aberystwyth. Each week, based on a theme, the poets introduce existing poems before having a go themselves and presenting their own efforts at the end.
This week the theme is Place. Poems by Billy Collins, Phillip Larkin and John Greening are read and discussed, before the poets read their own poems, featuring, , amongst other things, the Welsh slave trade, a board game and a nature reserve in Hertfordshire.
