Dr. Orlagh Farmer knows this question better than most. She's a six-time All-Ireland winner with Cork, a PE teacher, a lecturer, and the researcher behind the Gaelic4Girls programme. Her PhD looked at why girls leave sport and what clubs, coaches, and parents can do to change that.
