As far as the creative side is concerned..you are trying to put them in the best creative environment for them to make their art, to make their music… you might introduce them to songwriters, to producers, studio situations. You work with them on developing their live performance. All the things that they need to do...to face the world in a public way...and that could take 2 or 3 years.
