Weird things start to happen the deeper we descend into the self. It can be blissful, and also terrifying. In this episode I discuss how to navigate the process of shedding old behaviors, patterns, identities, and ideas. What it feels like to experience an Ego Death and the tools by which we bring ourselves back to center.
