But is this the beginning of a new Cold War, or is Putin <a href=\"https://www.lawfareblog.com/ill-fight-putin-any-time-any-place-he-cant-have-me-arrested\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https://www.lawfareblog.com/ill-fight-putin-any-time-any-place-he-cant-have-me-arrested\">just wearing the costume of a prizefighter</a>?</p>\r\n<p>Joining the discussion were Thomas Friedman of the <em>New York Times</em> and Nina Khrushcheva, a professor at The New School.
