NND observed Africa Day 2025 by discussing African Food Work with Khadim Mane, chef and founder of Little Baobab a Senegalese restaurant based at The Africa Centre Khadim talks about the rise of West African food in the UK and shares his inspirational journey from starting out in the UK not speaking a word of English, to opening up his restaurant and now training young chefs, to whom he imparts cooking skills, life skills and the value of community.
