Elias is a long-time MVP that the BlueScreen Brothers Alexander and Olav have had the pleasure of meeting many times, but now as a full-time employee at Microsoft with responsibility for training.
Elias discusses the many challenges of finding solutions in a global world where not all continents have the same bandwidth or access to the same services - although guides and tutorials often assume this. A special nice bonus is that Elias also goes through Microsoft's approach to designing and updating the many certifications they offer.
