In 2014 Karina Hsieh decided with radical candor that she was not satisfied with her life. This led Karina to quit her job in Silicon Valley and embark on a journey of self discovery and introspection. One and a half years later, Karina cultivated her own self-love and compassion, and has since become a martial artist, fitness instructor, blogger and author. Her collection of poetry “Loving Yourself Into Being” was published earlier this year on Valentine's Day.
Karina is one of the rare individuals that touches the souls of all those that she comes in contact with. We explore her journey of self-actualization and how we can empower ourselves in pursuing better versions of each one of us that we too can learn to appreciate and be proud of.
