But on top of that, he is longing for the thing he can&#39;t have, his old life with Kelly. As he looks over pictures and videos of a holiday to Portugal five years earlier he&#39;s reminded of a Portuguese word. Saudade. It means a nostalgic longing for something, or someone, that may never return.</p><p><br></p><p>Will this post-run blues completely derail the progress Alex has made?
