Nikki Beaumont is is the Founder and CEO of Beaumont People, which has been operating for 21 years. Beaumont People is a recruitment company which has the tagline 'Placing People First'. It is Nikki's belief in this philosophy that has led to her success.
In early 2000, Nikki took on the role of General Manager of recruitment for the Sydney Olympic Games. She arrived in Sydney from the UK in February 2000 and was responsible for the recruitment of all of the paid staff involved in the games, which was, understandably, a massive undertaking. Nikki shares some of her take aways from that role.
Other achievements include founding a not-for-profit division of the company and implementing a gender neutral paid parental leave scheme. It's little wonder that Beaumont People were awarded 2nd Best Place to work in 2021
