Jeremy Jaffé has been working in the food industry for almost as long as I have , and I was lucky enough to meet him early on . He was making organic pizzas then, ahead of his time , with great, honest ingredients that tasted superb and benefitted you too. He went on to produce a wide range of products for a number of foodservice and retail customers , and now he helps other people to achieve the same high standards, source the best and make great food, just like you would at home, but to scale . He also sources great products for others to sell in their restaurants or retail stores and is on speed-dial on my phone when I need an opinion on a product .... I am really grateful that I know him and can work with him as a sounding board.
