Her infectious love of tea and incredible knowledge of the product, the people working to make great tea from the pickers in the tea garden to specialist retailers and everyone in between, and her constant striving to add more value to the Association make her a great ally for everyone in the industry and convinced me to get up at 1am for a couple of years to take part in live seminars and become a Certified Tea Sommelier (they have now changed the programme so you don't have to get up in the middle of the night!) </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Shabnam shares stories from throughout her working life, her attitude, her influences and what she would tell anyone starting out in business .... fun, inspirational and clearly driven, she is certainly a great advocate for tea drinking .</p>","author_name":"Jane Milton"}
