Scott and Vanessa Martindale are the founders of Blended Kingdom Families—a ministry that is committed to equipping and educating blended families with resources and practical skills through the truth of God’s word.


Vanessa is a Christian wife and mother, registered nurse, and current graduate student at The Kings University pursuing a Masters Degree as a Marriage and Family therapist. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Abilene Christian University, a Masters's Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin Simmons University, and is currently a Christian LPC that specializes in blended families, marriage and pre-marriage with over 13 years of experience.

Married for over 6 years, Scott and Vanessa are a blended family with four sons and three golden retrievers residing in Southlake, Texas. Together they serve as the Blending Families Equip Class teachers at their home church, Gateway.
