Then, upon further reflection, editing, critique from others, and much more rewriting and rewriting, I tone it down quite a bit and a more polished version usually emerges. </p><p>This podcast is very \"rough drafty.\" I'm going to follow up with a blog with some additional thoughts on systemic racism and individual responsibility. </p><p>Enjoy!
