I’m sharing with you a historic bit of KFOG-FM history this week. First, you’ll hear a special intro from me as I play a song for my new wife! After that, an 11/1/83 broadcast from KFOG-FM featuring a short-lived disc jockey named FRANK KNIFE. At this point, KFOG-FM was a New Wave station, but Frank clearly wasn’t happy with both the music he was being forced to play and also his life decisions.
Unbeknownst to Frank, this would be his last broadcast as KFOG-FM changed to a CLASSIC ROCK format mid-day. You’ll hear the whole thing go down and the first appearance of legendary DJ, JIM LUGGAGE!
