Welcome to a new episode of Transformerspodden! The Swedish podcast on Transformers!

Todays episode will be in english because today we have a guest! We have the honour to have John-Paul Bove with us!

John-Paul Bove is a British comic artist.

His non-Transformers work has included G.I. Joe and Doctor Who for IDW Publishing and Wrath Of The Titans for Bluewater Productions.

He was originally inspired to tell his own stories by the Marvel UK Transformers comic and has written and colored many stories for the Transformers: Mosaic project including the 22 page story \"War Journal\".

His first script job on our favourite franchise was the Beast Wars BotCon 2016 story \"Dawn of the Predacus\" but he had previously pitched a version of Spotlight: Metroplex & Wreck Gar.

On Transformers: The Definitive G1 Collection, Bove was tasked to colour the black-and-white UK strips of 1989-90. So the strips would flow better with the other reprints, he coloured the strips that followed on from US strips in a pastiche of the 64-colour 'dots' used in the Silver Age and 1980s; for UK-tied strips, he used the same more diverse colour palette and shades as the last colour stories.

Great writer, great artist, Amazing guy!
","author_name":"Gustaf Seegerhammar & Linda Bedwall"}
