So he started buying back home in Middlesbrough for £100,000 - pulling 6-7 percent yields. By 2016, he had a dozen properties generating income while he slept. Mates kept asking for advice, so he built a website and started a business. His first deal: a house on a £110,000 street that he got for £77,000. </p><p><br></p><p>What he discovered changed everything - cheap properties are a false economy. Tenants respect nice things and they hold value. Quality stock in the sweet spot compounds. Now running a multi-million pound operation, he's spotted what everyone's missing: Middlesbrough is changing. Treasury relocating. Net Zero Teesside launching. A million pounds there gets you a spectacular house. Same million in Bournemouth gets a decent semi.
