That's what John O'Connell of CW Applied Technology is doing following from his participation in the Bord na Mona Accelerate Green Programme. He's looking for marketing specialists, financial advisors, business development experts, all to bring his big idea, based on the hugely successful start-up studio, Idea Labs in California, to fruition.</p><p>He's funding so he's looking for €2 million in smart funding to get this idea to take off.</p><p>And John's choice for 'hire in a heartbeat' is Idea Labs founder Bill T.
