In this episode I have invited back Beniamino Callegari to talk about the major financial crisis erupting in the US in 2007 and spreading to large parts of the globe – the often-called Great Recession. We discuss how well various theories of financial crises are at explaining the crisis and Beniamino also provides a broader historical view of the crises.
