Britt is an American actress best known for her role as ‘Linda’ in the Paramount Picture's comedy, “Instant Family” opposite Mark Wahlberg and Rose Byrne. Britt’s first recurring TV role was on the TBS show “The Detour,” appearing with Jason Jones, which she says was one of the highlights of her career. She continued on to book recurring roles on some of the hottest shows in televisionincluding AMC’s \"Lodge 49\", FOX’s “Shots Fired,” A&amp;E’s “Daytime Divas,” TNT’s “Good Behavior,” and mostly recently FOX’s “The Resident.” Britt has also guest starred on hit shows such as CBS’ “NCIS LA,” A&amp;E’s “Drop Dead Diva,” ABC’s “Castle and Spike TV’s “1000 Ways to Die.”<br>\n<br>\nBritt moved to Los Angeles eight years ago to pursue television and film, after finding success in theater. From an early age, she knew she was meant to be in the arts, and started out performing in musicals and plays. Continuing on that path led her to attend the University of Alabama at Birmingham on both an academic and theater scholarship, which was immediately followed by receiving a Master of<br>\nFine Arts from the University of Central Florida. While finishing her last year of hermaster’s program, Britt did a residency at the Orlando Shakespeare Theater, which further fueled her passion for performing. During her time in Los Angeles, Britt has expanded into directing, producing, and writing, and her films have found wonderful homes on the independent film festival circuit.<br>\n<br>\nWhen not acting, Britt loves traveling, exploring outdoors, and is an avid lover of live music and festivals. She is also a Reiki Master, and practices many forms of the healing arts.
