ESP: Hola, chicos! Cómo están? Espero que todos se encuentren de lo mejor junto a sus familias después de estas semanas en las que pausé la producción del podcast por diversos motivos que salieron de mi control; pero, gracias a Dios ya estamos de regreso.

Espero que lo disfruten y para los que somos católicos, recordemos que la Cuaresma se nos termina pero nunca es tarde para preparar nuestro corazón y meditar el sacrificio de amor que Jesús hizo al morir en la cruz, con el único propósito que pudiéramos entrar al Cielo si así lo queremos; ¿qué debemos hacer para esto? Simplemente, aceptar ese regalo que Dios quiso darnos viviendo en gracia, frecuentando los sacramentos y manteniéndonos en amistad con Dios hasta el día de nuestra muerte. ¡Ánimo!

I hope you enjoy it, and for those of us who are Catholic, let's remember that Lent is coming to an end, but it's never too late to prepare our hearts and meditate on the sacrifice of love that Jesus made by dying on the cross, with the sole purpose that we could enter Heaven if we so choose. What must we do for this? Simply accept this gift that God wanted to give us by living in a state of grace, frequently receiving the sacraments, and remaining in friendship with God until the day we die. Keep your spirits up!
