Welcome to Friday Night Dumps, where we are going to take quick and dirty looks at some of the worst, most Rotten (less than 25% on Rotten Tomatoes) films of 1999. We kick it off by taking a look at INSTINCT, the Cuba Gooding Jr. and Anthony Hopkins thriller directed by Jon Turteltaub, that was a box office bomb and probably best remembered for a video cover you might mistake for Silence of the Lambs at a Blockbuster.
